To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions:

What are you currently reading? Soulless by Gail Carriger.  I also started Deeply, Desperately by Heather Webber (blurb), I Capture the Castle by Dodie Smith, as well as a little bit of Ivanhoe by Sir Walter Scott.

What did you recently finish reading?

This weekend I finished Darwin in a Nutshell by Peter Whitfield, Beauty by Robin McKinley (teaser), and Cold Comfort Farm by Stella Gibbons (teaser).  I just posted my review for Life of Pi by Yann Martel.

What do you think you’ll read next?

I need to finish some of the ones I already started! lol  But I’m really wanting to get to some Lauren Willig.

Monica over at The Bibliophilic Book Blog hosted a read-a-thon this past weekend and the challenge was to read your own books. Well I shouldn’t have any problem with that since I have plenty in my TBR pile.  I didn’t read the entire weekend, but more than I usually get to.  I finished 3 books and caught up on like 2 months of General Hospital. …sigh…  It totally just sucked me in and I had to see what was going to happen. If you’re not familiar with soap operas, they usually drag out all the story arcs as long as possible and thanks to my DVR, I just fast forward to the story lines I care about.

I’m hoping to get my reviews up for these books soon –

31. Cold Comfort Farm by Stella Gibbons, Summer Reading Challenge, 122 pp, Aug 2010, 3.8/5
30. Beauty by Robin McKinley, Once Upon a Time 2010 Reading Challenge, YA Reading Challenge, Summer Reading Challenge, 325 pp, Aug 2010, 4.5/5
29. Darwin in a Nutshell written and narrated by Peter Whitfield, Audio Book Challenge, Science Book Challenge, Summer Reading Challenge, unabridged, 2 hrs, Aug 2010, 4/5
